I stayed for one night, and I loved how convenient it was to visit Flint Castle, which is just over 4 km away, and enjoy a lovely walk by the River Dee, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the rich history and scenic views made my explorations memorable and enjoyable while the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options.

The bathroom was modern, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

the facilities were great n super convinient, the spa was really nice and the staff were so friendly n helped us with everything. the food was absolutely fab, especially the burgers n those thick chips! had a great time with my partner in our double room.

only downside was the wifi was a bit spotty at times and the elevator was kinda slow.

We had a fantastic group trip! The hotel was super cozy and had a great spa. We also enjoyed visiting Chester Zoo, and the cycling trails nearby were perfect for exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal—definitely the highlight! A lovely, relaxing place to unwind with friends.

One issue we faced was a little confusion with spa access after check-out. We thought we could use it until we left, but found out it wasn't allowed. It felt awkward when staff kept checking on me in the changing room.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was just what I needed! The staff were super friendly and the vibe was so chill. Had a fantastic spa day and lunch was spot on! My room was comfy and clean. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster at times.

The Executive Suite was really spacious with a nice view of sheep grazing in the fields. The heated pool was warm and spotless, perfect for relaxation. Spa facilities offered back massages and full-body treatments, leaving us refreshed. We loved the generous portions at the restaurant, especially the Sunday carvery.
